You can expect your order to arrive within 5-7 business days of placing the order. Some unforeseen circumstances may interfere with this timeline, we will keep you updated as your item moves through the shipping process.

We offer Route package protection on Tshirts.com and could add the same app to the Planet13 Lifestyles site which allows customers to add package protection for $0.98 for majority of orders (if the value of the order is over $100 it goes up to $1.15 and continues from there according to order value)

Item can be returned within a maximum of 30 days of receipt in new unworn condition. Customer can submit a return request, explaining reason for the return and providing a photo of the item. If item is unused and in sellable condition, we will provide a full refund within 30 days. If past 30s days, no returns accepted. If item is worn, no returns will be accepted.

To initiate an exchange, fill out the contact form and explain need for exchange. Item can be exchanged within 30 days of receipt if item is not worn. If unused and within, 30 days, fill out request form pack and ship your item to us and once received, we will ship your new size. If item is worn or ordered longer than 30 days ago, exchanges are not accepted.
